If you are looking for food in Alderwood mall this is the place I would prefer. Nice deals on Tuesday for tacos. I tried veggie Salad bowl and Enchilada style Burrito. Salad bowl was good with quantity. Staff was friendly.

I was so surprised to see such a dirty place in a polished mall like the Alderwood mall. Chairs, tables, even the baby highchair was dirty as hell. Food didn’t taste good and wasn’t served in an attractive manner. I’m never going back.

What a place, very nice food. Lots of options to choose from. Service is very good. Freshly made tortillas. Food quantity and quality is very good. Nice place to dine in. Their guacamole is the best.

Nothing like Cafe Rio in Gilbert Arizona. We had a large order and two orders were nachos. Usually there is no extra charge for queso. Not here both orders were extra. Salad with steak and had to beg for onions. Serving the absolute minimum I supposed to make it last. I was so excited to go while visiting but very disappointed. By the way both normal tea and hibiscus was both out. Maybe if you will post signs pets are allowed on the patio will prevent the dogs and owners from attempting to gain entry numerous times to have to be told by different employees to go to patio.

The worker who started my burrito had a great attitude and made my meal tasted better because she was generous and fair with her portions. Had the enchilada-style burrito with the brisket and mole sauce. Not too sweet and brisket was a litttttle dry but overall a good food experience. Better than spending the same amount for a bland taco and tater tots at some other place.

As an individual that has worked in a restaurant I know that if queso for example is about to run out, we have a back up so customers are happy unless we run out completely. I was told 10-15 mins until queso is ready. 10-15 mins pass and I go to check and they say 15-20 mins. The staff is either new or just don’t like their job. Customer service clearly does not exist anymore. I will not I repeat will not come back to this location. From when my boyfriend and I came in we waited a whole 7 mins before someone decided to say hey do you need help and there was plenty of staff. What a shame !!!!

Tried Rio in an airport a week or two ago and I loved it. And I live across the street from one so I was excited to have it.

Been at the Rio Cafe few times … the food is alright but the portions are little they really tight on portions. The dining room and the bathrooms can use better TLC.

Walked in 45min before close and that had a single serving of 1 choice of meat left. What’s the point of staying open till 10 if you don’t cook any meat? Employees clearly just concerned with going home might as well just save on pay roll and close at 9.

Food wasn’t ready by 6pm, got one order wrong, even though they were all the same order. The good thing is the food is still good.
