The cafe and its staffs were very nice. The coffee was nice and great atmosphere during holidays. It was quit busy during the morning time which was expected since it is the best cafe in town

I had a DRIP coffee and a PB “cookie”. Coffee was superb, and you get free refills! The cookie was good, not great. It was more like a protein cookie, very dense, not very sweet. I would definitely go back for the coffee and ambiance, but would try a different food item. The ambiance is just lovely, a relaxing environment where you can read, study or quietly chat with a friend. UPDATE: Stopped in again today. Drip coffee still GREAT, but tried the apple cinnamon muffin….pretty sure it’s not homemade by Aldea. Tasted store bought and a few days old. I guess I’ll just stick to coffee when I go. I haven’t tried ALL the food items, so maybe I’m missing out on a hidden gem, but it’s 0/2 for the items I DID try. Definitely go for the coffee and vibes, though! UPDATE #2: Ok, I went back for my 3rd and last morning in GH. I tried the Cafe Miel and the Cherry Pistachio Biscotti…..YES!!! I finally found a food item I liked and the Cafe Miel. Amazing! The barista did tell me that the biscotti and CC cookie were made in-house. My last trip to Aldea did not disappoint and I will be back (in a few years) when I’m back in town. Wish I had a coffee shop like Aldea within walking distance from my home! It’s just lovely!

Got downtown a bit early and needed some coffee. Aldeas is inviting with a comfortable atmosphere inside and delicious drip coffee. Which is what I ordered black. Low bitterness and brewed very well. I will be coming back here regularly.

There is something special about getting to know a new friend over a really good cup of coffee. Plus, the space is delightful (check out the snazzy way they patch the original wood floors!)

Aldea Coffee is the local coffee shop that you’ll want to call home. The service is top notch and happy to help you find the perfect drink for you. The modern design aesthetic is warm and inviting. Stop in with a friend, stop in to relax and get some work done, stop in because you need your java fix. You be glad you did! Cheers!
