My husband and I dine at Los Chicos all the time. David is a fantastic waiter. They all are actually. We just always ask for David as he and my husband like to chat a little. The food is the most authentic we’ve found since moving to Mississippi 2yrs ago. My husband LOVES the street tacos with carné asada and I switch it up but always get the rice and beans no matter what I get. I typically switch between the burrito supreme, chicken nachos. I can say I do like the Horchata as well as the Piña Colada. For The restaurant is always Very clean and you can smell the cleanliness when you walk in. The staff are always very attentive and friendly. We have never had a bad experience going there.

I ordered the carne asada. The meat was very dry. Went in on a Monday night and was not busy at all. Love the atmosphere and service was great. Hubby ordered an extra large margarita (was not expecting to be as big as it was.) My soda came in a small pitcher. I liked that it was different.

This Mexican food was just as good and tasty as the other nice Mexican restaurants I’ve eaten at. I had the Chimichangas with rice, beans, and the trimmings with a 60 oz. Piná Colada, pictured here! Oh my, I left there feeling wonderfully stuffed with a plate to go. I, along with my family, celebrated my grandparent’s 70th wedding anniversary! It was definitely a night to remember. I was going to post a picture of my plate, but I was so intrigued that I totally forgot! Lol
