One of the best Sichuan restaurants in the city located in West Village near NYU. Dishes came out fast and piping hot. Delicious flavor, variety of combo, and very reasonable price. Staff was courteous and the service was great. Highly recommend Chow House. Will definitely be coming again.

While service was absolutely excellent, the glasses were smugged and a member of our party even tasted something sweet in their water. I ordered another drink and received a clean glass with my can of coke. Perhaps other anything other than water.

Generous portion and reasonable price. My favorite dish is the Mushroom dry pot, so many different types of mushroom mixed with mala sauce. Definitely recommend if you like mushroom. Other dishes are just okay, and the smoked tea duck is a little dry

So cheap and so tasty! I came for the lunch special of braised fish fillet with chilis. The fish was tender and flavorful. I also tried the mung bean cold noodles with chili and soup dumplings. Both were excellent! I would definitely come back again (and be prepared for leftovers)!

Such a great restaurant! Delicious food – great helpful service. Staff was courteous and the service was great, the food came out hot and fast. One of the best Sichuan restaurants in the city. The spicy crispy shrimp was my favorite and the fried rice was so good. Highly recommend Chow House. Can’t wait to be back!
