This locations customer service is horrible. Do not get your food here!! The manager does not care about the customers at all. I Sat n my stall waiting for my food and they come out with a small version of everything that I ordered. Then the manager on duty after them making the error…tries to tell me I have to pay the difference…holds my card for 10 minutes after I asked them to pass my card because I had somewhere to be and could not wait for the error THEY MADE to be fixed. I’ve purchased food for myself and my family from Sonic for 30 years and never have I had this experience it’s always this location.

Service was quick for a sandwich and a slush my chicken wasn’t hot as I would’ve like it but I was in a rush an paid through the app and didn’t have the energy to complain! I’m trying the chicken sandwich for the second time at this location since the other location doesn’t accept app orders and the chicken is hot today!

Update:3/31 – they’ve shrunk the corn dogs. I’d rather pay more for a normal size corn dog than buy a corn dog to find out it’s smaller than a normal corn dog. For this reason, I’m taking away 2 stars. Prior review: Love this location. Employees are friendly and they always get my order right. Jessica is the best!! I don’t know how they do it but their mozzarella sticks are on point. I get ones at expensive restaurants with half the cheese drained out but Sonic’s are full of cheese from top to bottom. Love their mobile order specials.

The two items I got are the Crispy Chicken sandwich and the chili cheese wrap. The chicken sandwich is a little too small for my liking as well as the chili cheese wrap. The chili wrap is also a little overpriced given the portion of food. Not enough chili made it taste a little lackluster. Better luck next time,I guess. The service was great but coils be a little faster.
