Me and my man used to walk by this building all the time when it had nothing inside. We saw a new food place and we HAD to try it out and boy was that NOT a mistake. The energy from the employees and chefs are amazing and the food was the cherry on top! Definitely coming back here.

Be careful. I asked for a quote and was told one price, then when I went to secure the actual date and service the owner very rudely asked if I had gone to the website because there is a $450 booking fee. If you have Johnny (the owner) on the phone and he gives you a price, get your bid in writing.

The Baja Burrito was very small and basically consisted of ground beef, packaged coleslaw, and pico from what I recall. They forgot to add the steak I paid $3 extra for. I would never buy it again, I’m sure their tacos or quesadillas are much better than what I had.

Taco Bron has god-tier tacos (the Cubano especially) that belong in the A-tier alongside authentic tacos from LA and Mejico herself. The street tacos are very solid, loaded up, marinated meats, etc. and delicious. I was *super* surprised at the veggie taco – not something I’d usually order, but good god. Delicious with great texture and flavor!

Edit: There are two different versions of this place, figuratively, not literally. The first was where the food was incredibly flavorful and the gentleman in charge (older shorter gentleman) that day was happy to talk about the food. The second is where the food had very little flavor, just heat. And the man (taller, younger) I spoke to was rude. We had liked the food so much the first time that we kept trying to chase down the truck at the Orchard location. The food was so disappointing with the taller guy cooking we’ve since stopped trying to find this truck. That was the other disappointing thing. They had a schedule posted on their truck and website but would not update it when they had another engagement. So we kept showing up at the Orchard thinking they would be there and were continually disappointed.
