I’ve taken my kids to Mel’s cafe a few times for a special occasion. They’re always cheerful, helpful and kind. Today, my 5 year old dropped her cupcake off her plate and even though it was completely our fault and I was ok with her eating it because the cupcake was wrapped in paper the ladies insisted that she take a new cupcake. Overall, a wonderful, comfortable place where we love getting coffee and treats.

Historic downtown shop location that is now a Cafe. Great vibe for a small town cafe. My coffee was good. The sweet treats looked heavenly and the decor was a great barnwood motif. You could really get used to relaxing here.

Stopped in for the first time. Great atmosphere! The staff is friendly and the coffee is good. I wanted a Euro style espresso which they didn’t have on their menu but they were happy to whip it up for me anyway. I had their quiche with gouda, spinach and tomato. The eggs were fluffy and delicate in a generous portion. My bill came to about $7.00 for 2 drinks and food. This place is an absolute gem that anyone can afford and enjoy. This will be a new regular for me. I absolutely recommend.
