We had a great dinner here. The food was delicious and the presentation of the salmon entree was beautiful. We really enjoyed the fried semolina starter, the purée of spring peas in the salmon and the juicy pork cheeks in the gnocchi dish. The spaghetti seemed too Al dente, I wish there was a little more meat in the gnocchi, and the texture of the zeppoli wasn’t as delicate as I expected.

This place is off to a good start. It has a great bar area with lots of seating. We stopped in for a drink and appetizers on a Monday night so it was pretty quiet. We had a martini and the octopus salad. The drink was decent and the salad was creative and full of flavor. The bartender was nice and accommodating. The menu looks like it has some nice wines and some tasty dishes so we will definitely return for a full meal.

This place really relies on cheese for flavor so not a great choice for vegans. I got the beets with no ricotta and it was fine, kinda salty. Also got the focaccia bread without stracciatella cheese, it was also okay, but 9 dollars even during happy hour! They had a vegan pasta that wasn’t on the menu and that was actually really good. I think if they made a few specifically vegan dishes, they could come up with some really delicious items, but as it is now, if you’re just relying on substituting things out, it’ll taste very average and overpriced.

Delicious pasta- my favorite is the Seminola gnocchi. I love the happy hour for discounted pasta dishes. Excellent location right in downtown Redmond, the open doors in the summer makes it perfect for a dinner out.

All the food we ordered was too salty. It’s a shame because the ingredients used were first rate. Why mask all the wonderful flavors of the ingredients with so much salt? I asked a nearby table about the level of salt in the food. They confirmed that their food had more than enough salt.

Had a great time, favorite part was the appetizers. Loved the tartare. The pastas are great. Dessert is not much to write home about but hits the spot. I can also appreciate a place with non alcoholic drinks, hope they expand those choices in the future 🙂
