Placed a pickup order, cashier was rubbing her face and eyes when I arrived. No hand washing noted afterwards. Received order (3) piece tenders, got home food looked eaten and one tender was missing. Tried calling the restaurant phone goes straight to a busy signal.

First let me say that, even before trying the wings, it was the positive and upbeat attitude and personality of the staff, namely Darius and Mike, that made this such a wonderful visit. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival. It was my first time visiting Hoots and Darius was kind enough to walk me through many of the flavors that I had a question about and their preparation. Mike listened in and interjected his own opinions of what he thought I might enjoy trying. He also quickly turned to drop our wings, so that they would be ready, as soon as he learned the number we were ordering. Although I assumed that there was a correlation between the famous restaurant Hooters I wasn’t 100% sure, until I tried the wings. Freshly prepared just the way I wanted them. Tossed in the sauce, which evenly covered the wing, an oozing with flavor! The french fries were crispy and hot and seasoned exceptionally well to perfection. The wing sizes are not too big and not too small just right. A smaller portion would have definitely been enough however I’m glad we have leftovers!! I look forward to many more future visits at my new favorite wing place with my new friends Darius and Mike!

I am so happy I found this place! I had a taste for shrimp but didn’t really feel like going to my normal place. When my friend suggested we try their wings I was really excited to see that they also had fried shrimp. It was perfectly breaded and cooked well. I always check my shrimp to make sure that it’s been deveined properly and each piece that I ate was. I also want to mention that the cashier that rang me up, I think his name was Darius, was very professional. I had a question about the sauce and he explained to me exactly how it tasted. I will definitely be coming back.

I really wanted to like this place. However the corporate structure is not trickling down to the local business. They have a well set up online ordering system and call center for phone orders however it’s completely disconnected from the actual store. Promotions advertised online are not honored in the store OR you can’t use them as advertised. I should be able to place a take out order online or over the phone to get the promotion however this is NOT the case. Even though the promotion is posted online AND says you can use it for takeout. The funny part is when I went to order, I didnt even know about the promo until I saw it online. I was prepared to place an order at the menu price. Why advertise a promotion if its not going to be honored.

I frequent this place & probably won’t ever place another here. I placed an order online as usual. I get to the restaurant, Samantha the MOD is checking me out, goes out of her way to say everything was in the bag. I get home and everything is not in fact in the bag. Didn’t receive sauce for the shrimp I ordered and also missing the fries from meal. I called about 6 times trying to get directly to the store. Line rings twice and then a busy tone every time. I then pick the place an order by phone option and it directs me to a lady who offers to transfer me. She was less than helpful. I go on hold and she comes back on the line and says it’s ringing twice and busy tone and then suggests to me to wait to call back. Me trying to get a resolution before my food is cold (too late now) I said well how long should I wait. She then suggests me to continue to call, even tho we both have heard the double ring & busy tone. Super trash. Just gonna dispute with Navy Fed.

I’m not sure why they get a bad rap. I think Hoots has very consistent quality wings. The size of the wings are great. The flavors offered are really good and I’ve never felt like their wings were old. I love them for their consistency.

It’s like all the worst parts about Hooters but much slower and way more ghetto, without the scantily clad women. Think of the Church’s Chicken version of Hooter’s. It was 4 of us and everyone’s food came out 5-10 minutes apart, so by the time the last person’s food came, the first person was done eating. My 15-year-old son loves it, so I let him talk me into coming here, but that’s the last time I take his advice.

Over all pretty good wings, nothing great but definitely pretty good. A little expensive for what you get, but again not crazy. The fries are very good and very reasonably priced, definitely would recommend those. The staff is nice and the place is clean. It has an overall good vibe for the kind of place it is, but it was a little weirdly quite. It could use some music or something.
