If I could zero stars I would. The dinning room is closed and the drive through is for pick up orders only. Had to wait in a super long line and find that out after I got to the window. We put in a pick up order for two burrito bowls and the one bowl literally only had 3 things right in it. Both bowls were wrong though. It also had me pay at the window because it was glitching online and the workers acted like they couldn’t even process my payment. This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Skip it and go somewhere else to eat.

It i could give this place -5 stars i would. As soon as you walk in there is food and water everywhere. Ton of workers and all are rude. Rice was not cooked hard as a rock. Chicken was chewy and lettuce was brown. Made my way to the drink station where the rug was covered in water looked like a swimming pool. This place needs ti be shut down as it is a big health violation. Sorry but who wants hard non cooked food and stepping in who knows what! And tables were dirty had to soap and water my own table.

Stopped in after waiting all afternoon to eat and after walking in I’m asked if I saw the sign on the door. I reply with “what sign” and the woman says we’re only doing orders online today! As I ask why’s that, I’m told they’re short staffed today. Ok, but what’s the difference if I just order now since I’m here? The last four, multiple locations I’ve stopped at in previous months have all been not very good service one way or another….. Good luck, I think I’m done with this chain! ✌

Just arrived in NH and I was happy to locate a Chipotle restaurant so that my family could eat and enjoy the first day of our trip. You have to order online and pick up the food in the drive thru allegedly because of staffing issues. The truth is the food is terrible. It is bland, tastless and the quality is horrendous. I thought they did quality control on these franchises….. Wow.

Went to this location not more than 5 minutes ago and had the worst experience of all time. First off a major ingredient (cheese) was not on the menu for any customer at the time. The fountain drink area where you get utensils and drink stuff was a giant mess and almost out of utensils. On the way out the door and floor was covered in vomit….. this lead to us not eating the meals in which we had just purchased for fear of doing the same. Usually this location is closed to anyone wishing to dine in or order inside……. I love chipotle but I will not be returning to this location. They never should have opened in the first place.

The back door to the parking lot is locked. So we had to walk past the drive through to get to the front door. This is the second time I have come here and they have no food left at 6pm. There was water all over the floor by the bathroom and the trash was overflowing. Just not good!
