We went on Easter and the restaurant was packed. Nothing to complain about but the people working there also need a break to celebrate with their family. Hats off to the employees that ran the show while. Would love to see some real vegetarian dishes other than veggies and fruits.

I will preface this with the fact that the manager did compensate our meal, but I had to do the leg work for that rather than the wait staff.

No omelet on the menu. Got the biscuits and gravy which tasted bland. The biscuits were small and some seemed undercooked inside. The sawmill gravy tasted more like sawdust. They came with thick cut bacon which was a joke.

Consistently a great place for breakfast or brunch. Food is excellent quality at a reasonable price. However, the atmosphere can feel claustrophobic due to the busy nature of the restaurant. While the restaurant benefits from staying busy and cannot control peak times, it is still something to consider if you are a person that doesn’t like crowds of people around where you’re eating. It can feel chaotic at times and not so relaxing. Also the rigid wood tables and seating are not the most comfortable and they are placed awfully close to other tables, so expect to be in close quarters with other families or groups while eating. All in all an excellent place for breakfast if you can handle the crowds and peak hours. Otherwise, I’d suggest going during time when it’s not so busy for a more relaxing experience.

It was crowded, but I didn’t feel rushed. I enjoyed a delicious pecan pancake with a sampling of meat during my brunch. The peach tea was just right. My biggest shout out goes to our server Judea! She was attentive, approachable, and always with a smile. I couldn’t help taking home some delicious biscuits .

Be ready to wait! We put our name on the waitlist at the restaurant at 11:19am. We were excited when we received a text saying our table was ready at 11:25am. We went inside to the hostess station to be seated. The hostess announced that it would be a 5 minute wait to clean our table. Waited until 11:47 am (around 22 mins) for them to “clean” our table and finally be sat. The hostess then realized that our table was not in fact ready like they had previously announced, so we had to wait another 1-2 minutes for them to clean it. We finally sat at to our table at 11:49 am. We waited until 11:56 am for our server to finally arrive and take our order. And we waited until 12:25pm for our food to finally arrive. No creamer for the coffee, only half and half. And we had to ask for napkins because they did not bring them out with our coffee/food. And the medium rare steak we ordered turned out to be rare with blood pooling around the meat, which I suspect would’ve been another hour wait had we requested to have them cook it right.

Ok, weird with da grammar school milk boxes but anyways, still a good place. Food great, warm and delicious…way to many carbs tho but I’ll allow it. Service was ok too. Offering some adult drinks now…wow, I’m impressed!!! Kinda a workin meal so none fo me…(sigh)

If you’re used to the old days be warned the hostess is at the front by the door – NOT where you have to travel all the way up front to get your name in. If you have a pinch of anxiety about stuff or people you’ll want to wait outside. Service is good. Food will still hit the spot and it doesn’t take too long.

The food was not very good at this location. The food was cold, and it was because they didn’t have the bacon cooked crispy like my girlfriend, and I asked. We wanted to send it back and get it replaced, but we really don’t want to wait, so we just ate what we could. We won’t go back to that location anymore. Even the server we had was not cool. She got mad cause we had her send the food back due to the bacon not being crispy. I love Cracker Barrel n will never stop going there just not to that location. Terrible location!!

We got on the waiting list online, which usually works amazing. But to be fair, it is a Sunday and lots of people got the same idea. Once we we contacted by our server Eric D, we forgot about the wait. The service was great and the food was outstanding.
