it was my first time trying authentic indian/pakistani food and i was absolutely mind blown the food is so amazing, meat was perfectly cooked and everything was just so so good!! the customer service is amazing and the waitresses were very sweet and attentive. left feeling content and happy with this experience. i hope i can come here more often, this place is unique and delicious with a comfy, easy-on-the-eyes lighting. (i tried the beef curry it was PERFECT but i didn’t get a picture) the vegetarian samosas were cooked to perfection, they were crispy and packed with flavor. i definitely recommend this place, it deserves so much more recognition.

The portion size and value here is insane. Must go restaurant if you love Indian food, probably top 3 tastiest Indian in Des Moines. Plenty of vegan options and well labeled to boot. I’m glad I wore sweat pants to this one.

Very good food! Always feel good after I eat here. All one star reviews should be thrown out. Always hot and fresh, the bread is excellent! Come at least once a week now! Glad I found this. Wish it was closer to my job, I’d eat here every day!

Have been a loyal patron here since it first opened. I have to say it still is one of the best places in town for authentic Indian food. Unfortunately it has gone down hill while also getting super busy. We had to wait to be seated as there were no tables open. It was only a few minutes but what was disappointing is they were not seating people in order of when they arrived. Come on indo – first in first seated. The buffet was out of tandoori chicken the entire hour we were there. The other dishes were not up to Indo’s standards. The naan and tea were on spot, but everything else fell short. I think they have become a victim of their own success. We will be back because the buffet is the best way to get all the dishes and it’s still one of the best in town.

If you are into Indo-Pak food this was a good place for my first time trying it. This is a mom & pop place that’s just cooks and a kitchen. I was surprised how good it was. Down home and quaint, friendly staff and clean restrooms.

Very tasty food and good service. Quantity is good without compromising the quality. We ordered to go and went back again to order few more items. Will go back to try their buffet in a few days.

Stopped in for the lunch buffet, and everything was excellent. The chicken tikka masala was especially good. Also really enjoyed the chai tea. Can’t wait to go back!

We checked in 45 mins before closing the restaurant. They were reluctant to refill the meats. Only provided grilled chicken, no meat on the other three meat dishes. Even the veg dishes were almost empty. Don’t think it worth the price of 15$/person.

Had the lunch buffet and everything was delicious and fresh. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Price for lunch buffet is a steal! They also have a regular menu I cannot wait to explore. Great addition to the area.
