Prior to this December, their food was what you’d expect from Popeye’s. However, recently, the quality and service has changed drastically at this location. My husband ordered a 3 piece chicken meal, and one of the pieces was so tiny with hardly even a bite of meat on it. I ordered 2 large red beans/rice sides, and paid $20 for those sides alone. I drove home, tasted the side I purchased, and made the drive back to return the other one due to its lack of flavor. Come to find out upon arriving that I was charged double. $10 for each side when it should have been $5 each. The manager refunded me $5 and when I checked the receipt before leaving, I realized I was charged $10 for the one side and went back in to ask for my additional $5 back. It wasn’t until I arrived home for the second time that I realized I should have asked for an additional $5 for the extra charge of the first side. How I was overcharged so significantly is beyond me, however, the manager was friendly and didn’t argue.

Stopped here on the way back home to Florida from Missouri on July 4th. Wow where do I start? Super clean bathrooms! Dining room was very clean. My food was fresh and delicious. They got my very large complicated order right the first time. I would definitely recommend this location your next food stop.

I have worked fast food for over 8 years so I know how things go but man.. the employees are NOT friendly. AT ALL. We waited 45 minutes for our order today which we weren’t exactly happy about but we would have been okay with because we did order a 20 piece tender meal with fries, a spicy sandwich meal with fries and a two piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes. Although we were expecting 15 minutes at most, I do understand things happen.. but when we finally got our food, my mom went to eat her meal and it was not in the bag so she ran in and got it. We drove off to head home and I ate my fries and then went for my sandwich. When I bit into it, the chicken was tough so I looked at it and one of the strips in my spicy sandwich was RAW. When we got home, we realized they didn’t even give us ANY biscuits! The 20 piece tender family meal should have come with 8. My mom thought they were in the box with the strips but they were not. We will not be returning to this establishment sadly.

I thought it was ok, except that HUGE pot hole in their parking lot. Now that is too crazy, need to get that fixed. The prices are kinda high for it being mostly Chicken products. But hey if you like em than that’s just fine by me.

Today I received very poor service at this location. Had a twenty long minute wait for a 10 pieces of chicken, but it was very hot when I got it. Crew was not polite at all. Why isn’t chicken ready to go? This wait was longer than the last. Sides are too small now to be a family size. Let’s be real about family size ok? My turn to make Popeyes wait on me. It will be a long one before I come back. And fix that open hole you have in the entrance to your parking lot.
