Go there all time had gristle in chicken tacos Thank God didn’t buy for grandkids could have choked!! Anyways manager basically says too bad .. don’t give credits… purchase Sunday didn’t eat until later was closed by then Mon was holiday anyways as many times I be in that place!! Disappointing to order via door dash, wait 1.5 hours when told it was 40 minutes and get half the order. Especially after paying $15 almost to get it delivered. Only refund I got was $7 for the food missing. Not to mention the tacos are tiny for what they cost. Wow. As big as a post it note for $3.50? Hilarious.

Why tf every time i order chicken i find red meat in it. Y’all are soo careless. Pay tf attention. I don’t eat red meat so i can literally get sick if i wasn’t paying attention. I paid my money; shouldn’t have to worry about finding something unwanted in my food. (That is not chicken)

The food is delicious but make sure you count your food before leaving the establishment. I got home and realized that I did not have all of my food and called back. They then placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. I went there today and mentioned it to them with the expectation that they would make it right by giving me my missing food or discounting my new order they did neither, not even a sorry for your experience. My family purchase at least 4 trays of 25 tacos a month from this location but it will never happen again because I will not spend another dime there. Some of the staff is nice but some act as if you want something from them for free. I was going to have them cater our family event but that’s a big fat NO!

Horrible experience at this location. My order was incorrect, and it took 15 minutes to get my order. I come home, notice that my entire meal is wrong so I call the restaurant. After going back and forth for 15 minutes confirming details, I’m met with hostility, and no remediation of my incorrect order. I didn’t pay $13+ for my tacos order to not be correct or corrected.

Last night was the first time there. I bought a burrito for my husband, he took two bites of it and bit into a fingernail. I wanted to take a picture of it but he threw the whole thing in the garbage before I could. He only had lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese in it. If only he ate it when I first bought it I would’ve brought it back. Wear gloves from now on. I will never return again, which is sad because I thought my tacos were good.

Horrible this is the second time I’ve gotten a $65 tray of undone steak Tacos from there. I would not refer them to anyone as well as the customer service is Horrible. I called to let them know and they asked I send pictures I sent and was told that’s how they make them. I sent a picture from how they are usually made and got no response, no resolve, and no apology or offer to make them over! Disgusting!!! I’ll never order from them again!!!
