Amazing authentic Mexican food. The food was very flavorful and cooked well! The chips were also super crispy and good. I had the chicken flautas which were very tasty. The wrapped tortilla was crispy and the inside was nice and hot. Our other food was very good too and the people working there were very nice.

This was a fantastic experience! We had previously tried to need us a few years ago and it’s totally different. Our previous experience was not good. Apparently, someone else has taken over this restaurant and kept the original name. The food was excellent. It was authentic and packed a lot of flavor. Our server was attentive and perfect. This is easily the best Mexican restaurant in town.

I can’t understand why this place has such great reviews. Atmosphere? What atmosphere? My food arrived fast but it was the most flavorless Mexican food I’ve ever had. Waiter was too busy flirting to give me my check so I had to call to him, couldn’t wait to get out of there. If you think this is good Mexican food, come to south Texas. This is pitiful. Carne Asada was without any noticeable seasoning or flavor, and the stringiest fattiest worst cut ever. Even the salsa is terrible! It has a weird sweet flavor and zero tomato taste or heat. The rice and beans might as well come out of a can and probably do.

We were looking for a restaurant close to the college. This was right down the street. We were seated pretty quickly and a server was over promptly for drinks. The chips were good and salsa was spicy, not bland like some places. When the food arrived, everything was hot and the portion size was generous. Ended up taking to-go boxes. The server checked on us many times to make sure everything was good. A pretty good restaurant and I’m definitely going back.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. The waitress not only refuse to acknowledge me, but never once came to my table to check on me after checking on other tables. ( The disdain was all over her face). I wasn’t offered not one refill. The chips were cold and the food was salty. Being from Texas I’ve eaten at many Mexican Restaurants and this one was by far the worst one. Will never ever eat here again.

Like others have said, the salsa was fantabulous. I happened to be there on a Wednesday when they had $6 senior meals, which were splendiforous (at least the one I had). If I didn’t live almost 500 miles away, I’d eat here often.
