Delicious! I highly recommend the Hot Ham and Swiss and the BLT sandwiches. They give you plenty of meat. All the sandwiches come with hard pretzels that have a flavorful seasoning that will make you want more! I can’t wait to come back and try the pretzel bites.

I have ate here many times due to working in the mall. I have ordered the chicken Caesar salad twice now. Both times the lettuce has a chemical taste and the chicken is strange. It appears to look slimy, is fatty and almost raw in texture. It was cold and flavor less as well. I took two bites and threw it away again. What is good is the smoothies and pretzel bites. The cheese sauce and nacho cheese dipping sauce aren’t very good either. I would not recommend anything except the smoothies and pretzel bites. As for the atmosphere the tables that are available are dirty and never wiped down, not sure if it’s malls job to clean them or not, but either way if your customers want to sit there should be clean tables to sit at.

The $5 beef and cheddar sandwich was the bomb absolutely awesome! quick, easy, and cheap came with pretzels that had like dill on them or something pretty good. I’d post a pic but I ate already lol

Almost never open. Their hours say 11-4 Monday through Saturday. It is currently 1:25 on a Monday and they’re closed. Their food is alright. I love their pretzels but trying to get my hands on them is pretty hard at this point. I miss the Pretzelmaker
