It was a long wait for drinks or menus however the food was good and they were very friendly. I’m pretty sure it was only 2 people running the whole thing. Definitely make sure you have plenty of time. One of us had to go back to work before then got to have lunch.

I walked and stood at the “wait to be seated” stand for a few minutes, then moved over to the window so people could see me, the dish washer guy made eye contact 3 times and never told anyone I was standing there, so I left. I stood there for probably 5 minutes.

We went in for an early supper (3:30pm) and there were no other patrons inside. We ordered the chicken alfredo pasta with breadsticks. I also got a personal pan pizza (Backyard BBQ Chicken). I thought it was odd that the server asked me if I wanted to add anything to my pizza. I said, “What do people usually ADD?” She said onions, veggies, and a few other options. I told her “No, that’s ok, I’ll just have whatever normally comes on it.” Obviously, I should’ve been a little more specific. The description on the menu says “Grilled Chicken, Bacon, and Red Onions.” But when it came, it literally just had chicken, cheese, BBQ sauce. I didn’t say anything because she did ask me, and I told her no add-ons. The chicken alfredo came, and when we went to dish it out, the sauce was pretty runny. After we took a bite, we noticed it was just barely warm. We did ask if they could please take it back and just put it in the microwave for a minute. Unfortunately, they didn’t have that option, so she had to start the pasta all over again. So we had to wait again for them to cook us another one. By the time it got back to us, our breadsticks were cold. While I will say the pasta was warmer, there was barely any chicken in it. At least the first one had big chunks of grilled chicken. The noodles were a bit dry as well, but we went ahead and just ate some because we were hungry by that time. We did mention the small amount of chicken to the server, and he just said yeah that happens sometimes. A final note I’ll make is there was absolutely no pricing on the menu. Our total for 1 small pasta with breadsticks and a personal pizza was only $18. But honestly, for the quality of food, it was not worth it. We will definitely not be going back. Very disappointing that they have gone downhill, we used to LOVE the pasta!

Ordered online which charges $5.99 delivery. Pizza Hut used Doordash to deliver not paying the delivery driver tip out of the delivery. Food was horrible no flavor and bland and meat lovers was not meat lovers the toppings was very light. Crust was soggy and costing $34 total being 3 blocks from the store to be that bad is heartbreaking honestly.

It looked like the dining room was closed. One family was having dinner but it had no real atmosphere there. Some of the seating has tears and is worn. If the owners would spend some money and remodel now that covid is “over” maybe customers would come back to dining in house.

The pizza as a whole is pretty good ; through trial and error I’ve found what I like the most ! But.. if you want to order over the phone for delivery or pickup you will 9/10 be directed to a call center in India with people you can barely understand and barely know what pizza is. I’ll only order when I feel like doing it online.

We were very impressed. Anthony was our server and was very helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed. The pizza was wonderful and very fresh. Told us about the best deals. We were glad it was finally open for indoor dining. We travel to Burlington frequently to visit family in Illinois. The manager on duty was very diiligent to make sure were pleased. We will be back. Thanks for reopening.
