Worst food I have had in my entire life. Sesame chicken so dry we couldn’t chew it. Rice, lo mein, and egg roll all tasted rotten. Lo mein had absolutely no flavor except the dank flavor of rotting oil. Very disappointing. I never leave bad reviews for restaurants, but I am making an exception.

Best around ! Food was delivered piping hot, and my chicken with cashews was yummy. BONUS – the vegetables and chicken were cut up into bite sized pieces. (Didn’t even realize that was missing from my life)! PS Probably my favorite egg roll on Long Island.

I had a terrible experience at this place. Prior to today, this was my favorite Chinese food restaurant but after today I will NEVER go back. I ordered my food over the phone and paid for it with my debit card over the phone. The woman told me everything was okay and that they would deliver my food in about 30 min. (Keep in mind I had my food delivered to my job and I work in a bank) When the food arrived, the delivery man told me my food was not paid for and would not give me the food, he actually snatched the bag back from me when I tried to tell him I paid over the phone with my card. He put me on the phone with the same woman from the restaurant that I placed the order with and she told me that I did not pay when in fact I DID! She argued back and forth with me saying I never gave her my card info but my account had already been debited. The delivery man came inside my job very loud saying I had not paid and was acting as if I was trying to get away with not paying for my food. I had to call the place atleast 3 times and tell them to take the food back and give me my money back for them to finally drop the food off and then I finally signed the receipt that had the last 4 digits of my card on it. The delivery man then came back AGAIN about 10 min. Later still saying I didn’t pay AFTER I ALREADY SIGNED MY RECEIPT! I had to take my card out my wallet, step outside the bank and show him the receipt matches my card. He put me back on the phone with a different person who tried explaining something to me that still made no sense and then when he realized they were wrong, he gave me my card back, smiled and said “oh everything is okay” patted me on my arm and then finally left. I WILL NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN. So disgusting and they never even apologized.

Been eating here forever… Got bad food two times this time had mold all throughout all my egg rolls… out of courtesy call them up offered to send pictures offer to bring the food back and they said it was all normal for their eggrolls and their food to have this in it try to speak down to me and tell me this is normal.. when I wasn’t getting through to them I told them fine just replace it with something similar which they couldn’t and wouldn’t do then start telling me how they would replace 3 shrimp rolls with one chicken wing. repeatedly told him I don’t care about the food I’m just giving you a chance to show me that you can make things right or address a serious problem than can affect your business esp during covid..gave them 20 minutes of just changers but they doubled down..I told them being many in the neighborhood eat there I would be forced to post this to alert others because they are showing total disregard for health..they didn’t seem to care..repeatedly discussed hanging up on me in the background..sorry but if this is how you handle things who knows how spoiled and dangerous your ingredients that can’t easily be seen are..
