Getting to now enjoy lunch at Bruno’s makes for a great break in my work day. I met some friends, and we enjoyed the brick over pizza, which is a must try! A Caprese salad, the lunch special which was penne with a brandy cream sauce, talk about rich, and creamy!

This place is beyond fantastic. Some of the freshest pasta I have had since being in Italy. I do patron a lot of great restaurants in Springfield area and this is by far one of the top ones. The carbonara actually has some of the best texture I’ve had in this area on top of that, They have some really great whiskey selections. There’s no way to go wrong with this place if you’re dining in.

My wife and I dropped in for lunch thinking we might get an experience of quaint and genuine Italian food! The only thing that met our expectations was the “quaint”! The food (most expensive entre on the menu) was mediocre at best! Absolutely nothing came with it! We ordered a loaf of garlic bread (so glad we did, even though it was more like fried bread than a loaf)! At least it was fairly tasty! Just not at all impressed!

Loved the place! The atmosphere was almost perfect for a date. Acoustics made it a little hard to hear with even a half filled restaurant. The Caesar salad was the best I had! Enjoy some of the cheesy bread for an appetizer (just order 2). The entrees around the table were delicious and flavorful. At $20+ a plate, the portions were a little smaller than I had imagined they’d be. I only had 5 medium to large shrimp on my pasta and felt like I had to ration them. Jumbo woukd have felt generous. We all could have finished our plates if we weren’t saving space for dessert. Get some dessert! Each bite was worth every penny. Salad, entree, and dessert will run you about $50. Service was outstanding and as soon as my drink hit the bottom it was refilled.

Such an amazing dinner tonight! We had Sherry as our server, and she was incredibly thorough, kind, and genuine! Food was delish, especially the pistachio cheesecake. We found out later it was Sherry’s daughter that made it, Sophia. Excellent, we’ll me back!

Very good food. Excellent service. Best to get an RSVP. Great place for couples. Parking is a little difficult due to being downtown. Prices are set little high but quality is great. Romantic style atmosphere. Handicap accessible. Easy to see from road. I personally recommend this place myself for good Italian food. Being downtown I recommend you park close as you can and lock your doors.

Very nice atmosphere. The waiter was very accommodating. We didn’t see anything that we liked on the lunch menu so they let us order from the dinner menu. I must say, the food was just average. So, although it is a great place to stop in and have a meal, I think once was enough for me.

We got a plethora of food at our table. Shrimp diabola, pizza, 4 cheese ravioli and a linguini type marinara pasta. We also got the brick oven garlic cheesy bread. All of it was super phenomenal! The only thing I didn’t like tonight was the house bread but that is just not my style. Service was amazing with Mike!
