As a midwesterner, I fell in love with the Mexican food in Denver. Chuladas’ breakfast was fantastic. Excellent pork green chili served with incredible beans and rice. The machaca & eggs was equally wonderful especially with the extra spicy green chili and those previously mentioned beans. The tortillas were pillowy and warm. Service was friendly and cared about our experience.

We had a great experience here. The Posole passed the test of my wife’s expert and selective posole rating. I had the meat lover skillet and it was tasty and filling. I asked for hot sauce, and Lupe brought me multiple options…and they were very good. Chips and salsa were also good. I wish they teamed up the good food with some energetic background music, but I will go again.

The BEST breakfast burritos I have had in Colorado! I am not sure what makes them so delicious, but they truly are! Exceptionally better than Santiago’s in my opinion. We have made this our Sunday breakfast as often as possible now! This place is always busy! Parking is a little complicated, as their parking lot is small and awkward. So be aware of that! The staff is so incredibly nice and they all work together quickly and efficiently. It’s a great local place you MUST try!

Went for lunch. The food was delicious. Prices seemed high, but portions were very large, so it balanced out. Didn’t appear to serve beer, so not as viable of a dinner destination if you would want to have a beer with the meal. Would recommend based on our lunch experience.

OMG! I finally found the best fajitas ever. I love this place, they always surprise me with the freshly made food just like we make at home but better. Their caldo de res was so good too. Wow, I’m so full and the waiters and waitresses are always so nice. Super good prices too. You have to try it for yourself. Very hearty portions. Come hungry..

First time eating here. I got the breakfast burrito with steak & ham and it was loaded with meat, potatoes, egg, cheese, and green chili. Absolutely delicious and you wont walk away hungry from this place guaranteed. Not to mention it was only 7 dollars for steak & eggs you can’t beat that anywhere.
