Food was good but the line took forever when it was just us in drive through. Our drinks had weird flavors added to them (I ordered a sprite but it had red flavoring in it???). The customer service, besides the wait, was nice. Lame that they charge extra for sauce.

When they first opened the food and service was great. But the past year has been horrible. Rude people in the drive-thru. And the food is sad. The wings have hardly any sauce on them and they are dry. The chicken fingers are tiny and dry. Small portion of fries. And they no longer give you celery. The price is outrageous for what you get. We went to a newer location recently and it’s a lot better. Hopefully the west valley location can get it together.

We’re from out of town and thought we’d try this place out. The food is ok. The atmosphere is pleasant enough. But we had to wipe our table off and witnessed other customers doing the same thing. We’ll try it again at another time but as of now. We wouldn’t go out of our way to eat here again. Hope this helps others.

They had a deal to get a free meal in their app, so I took it and had a good time. The chicken was great (Fast food speaking at least) The service was incredibly fast, we sat down and they called our names. I will say the app made me think it was a grilled cheese you get, but it was a piece of toast.

I left a 5 star review on my other account a few months back (copaceticfilms), today I went back and it was amazing as last time. I ordered through the app 3 min before I got there, they were super quick to get my order out, the girl was so nice and they got all my order including the extra sauces I ordered. Love this west valley location. Wish the chicken was bigger and the fries were well done & the coleslaw was filled up but the chicken was hot and the coleslaw was good. Really gave this location a 5 star bc of the service / staff and they didn’t mess up my order and they included all the sauces haha.

Fries were super cold. They gave me a wing that was barely the size of a pinky toe…. The lady at the counter was really nice though. But the food sucked and Zaxby’s is almost always good

I used to go here about 2 times a week and the food and service was excellent but recently the food has gone way down hill, I ask for no seasoning on the fries and instead of cooking fresh fries they double cook them and sometimes even triple cook them, the last few orders of fries haven’t even been edible
