Ordered a sub, a junior pizza, and Howie bread at 8:08 for delivery to my house which is 3 minutes away. At around 9:20 the app finally shows that it’s on the road. At 9:41 I call the restaurant and get told the driver just left. I write this at 10:27 eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich because the food literally never showed up, and I can’t call the restaurant because it closed at 10. My card was still charged for the food. Unbelievable.

Ordered two regular pizzas and one gluten-free pizza this past Friday evening. My husband was doubled over in pain all night long. The pizza was not gluten-free. You guys really need to be careful of people with allergies to wheat as you could’ve sent him to the hospital.

Ordered a couple pizzas and the crust was torched (burnt) so I called and they gave me a credit. So when I used my credit the order was incorrect and they didn’t give my the icing for my cinnamon bread.

If I could give zero stars I would. At 5pm I orderer a gluten free pizza for a friend with a gluten allergy to be delivered at 9pm. I confirmed 3 times while ordering over the phone that it will be gluten free at 9pm. 9:50 rolls around and I still hadn’t gotten the pizza. I call and they said the driver will be there in a few minutes. At 10:20 still no pizza so I called again. They said they closed at 10. At this point I’m beyond frustrated so they offered to transfer me to a manager. I’m on hold for about a minute and then they hung up. The money is already taken out of my account for a pizza I never received. I didn’t even get a refund. Never using this location again.
