We showed up late but we tried calling to make sure they were open and serving even though google says they’re open. We got no answer on the phone so we made the drive to Taco Bell and pull into the drive thru, only to find out they are only filling door dash requests. That’s never happened to me before and I don’t understand why you can’t at least update your website or answer the phone to tell people you are no longer taking orders unless it’s through a third party app? It’s the second Taco Bell we went to that night and both were no where near accommodating. we never did get tacos

It always takes more than 20-25 minuets at the drive through window. I understand If it’s packed but there’s rarely more than 3 cars ahead of you. They forgot my fiances food and he had to ask for it. After he got home we realized they forgot my chalupa and fire sauce too. I would go back to get it but its not worth waiting another 20 minuets. This locations seriously needs to get restaffed.

If you have well over an hour to kill during prime munch down on Taco Bell time, then this is the place to be. I sat in this line for close to an hour and a half. Someone behind us approached the window and 5 people were standing around just chit chatting. The attendant at the drive thru window kept walking away to text on her phone, then after receiving our food we clearly sat in line to make sure no items were missing, the girl then proceeded to get annoyed and started shaking her head at us like we were the problem. This is clearly an ongoing issue from the looks of previous reviews and the owner must have zero intention of providing a solution since this has been on going for months. Never will I go to this location again.

Food is always made well, but I think this location is understaffed. Breakfast often feels like there is only one person both working the drive-thru and making the food. I do not fault this person, they’re doing great work. The people who work the drive-thru are always pleasant & very aware of the delays – they always apologize. But unfortunately this means that it takes forever to get your food. Like, average 5-8 minutes per car in the drive-thru.

It was drive thru. We were waiting for almost for an hour. We had to go somewhere. They don’t have nacho fries. Like they never have it. The food quality is mostly good but they never have nacho fries available but today was really bad. I waited in the drive thru line for an hour. No joke.

Editing to one star. I came back and this time I ordered ahead for pock up at the counter. When I got there, the doors were locked. My food was already prepared. I had to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru line, wrapped around the building. The food was so incredibly soggy I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs.

I rarely ever write reviews… but the service here is horrible. Everytime I end up coming to this location I wait 20 minutes minimum for any orders and a minimum of 10 minutes for any service at all. Today I waited 20 minutes at the counter before someone helped me, and they just said my order was being worked on. Managed poorly. Can’t wait for the location closer to me to be done with their renovations so I don’t have to come back here.

My last time going to this location for sure. Its always slow service and forgotten items but this time They charged my card and then a different person came to the window and tried to claim i didnt pay yet. Sat in line waiting for my food for too long and when they finally gave it to me they didnt give me everything. Missing the whole chalupa and tried to skip out on a burrito, the nacho cheese was thrown into the bag and was all over everything in the bag.

To-go order. Compared to other Taco Bells that I have been to or gotten delivery from, this one is 5-Stars! This new building had fast, polite service and the order was correct and hot. There was no waiting in line. They’re a little more generous with the fillings. Toppings were fresh. Sauces were plentiful.

Serious managerial issues. For a while now I Will occasionally stop for breakfast when I get out of work at 7am and 80% of the time they are not ready to serve breakfast 15 minutes after opening and it’s always due to being short staffed. As a manager either hire properly or show up to cover the shifts it’s just crazy that this is happening constantly for a year or more. I’ve been turned away due to not being ready so often I don’t even want to try anymore.
