I was watching a 80’s movie which brought back found childhood memories, so I had to make a stop at one of my youth favorites. The interior was exactly the same and like me it was now old and dated. The pizza and salad buffet was still closed from Covid. The waitress was very attentive and helpful, the food came quickly and a three topping large pie for $10.49 was value priced. I also ordered wings and they were surprisingly good. Sauced, but not overly, so they were just nice and crispy. I know this is a dying chain and it probably won’t last much longer, but I rather enjoyed this blast from the past.

I want to personally thank this location for making it easy being a grandparent who lives in another state. My grandson calls me and will ask to order him pizza for lunch from time to time. This location makes this happen and they have been wonderful filling his orders. He is so excited to see the delivery man and we then have lunch over FaceTime. Thank you again

This place was like a nightmare version of Pizza Hut …. Our waitress Holly was a cross between Roz from monsters Inc and a waitress from hell .. she was rude . Unpleasant. Annoyed we wanted drink refills and the fact it was her Job to get them. The chicken Cesar salad had what seemed like a mystery meat but I can say it was clearly not chicken. The boneless wings were edible but lacked enough sauce. The pizza was pretty good except for the fact their was barely any sauce on it. I have had found memories of pizza hut but after visiting this one all I can say is thanks for taking a very good part of my childhood and adulthood and turning Into a nightmare before elm Street…

I enjoyed this location in the service was amazing I actually did not enjoy the pizza the big new Yorker is what I got and the slices were actually good but the cross was still blind and so dry and so nasty like I thought they were gonna make it butter or garlic but no it was just a lot of dry crust and I did not enjoy

the pizza we got in westmont pizza hut was terrible there was more sauce and hardly any cheese. i had called and complain and the manager said we only put one cup of cheese on our pizza while that is not enough and i am not paying for extra cheese. and he was rude. i am so done ordering your pizza plus i posted a picture on facebook of your product.

Pizza Hut, please train your associates to NOT scream at the customer of there is an error on the pizza. I have been ordering from that Pizza Hut in Johnstown for over a year, almost 6 pizzas a month. FOR A YEAR. I have NEVER ordered bacon, even when we did eat meat. That is because we are Muslim. In December of last year, we went completely vegetarian. We have not had meat since then. I ordered my usual Pineapple stuffed crust pizza online, but I accidentally clicked the bacon button. I do not remember doing such, and was surprised to see bacon on my pizza. I called to say there had been a mistake, I never said it was THEIR mistake, and the woman that answered the phone screed at me saying “YOU PUT THE BACON THERE!! YOU DID IT!! I SEE IT ON THE PRINTOUT!!” I had to ask the woman to stop yelling at me. As a survivor of domestic violence, THIS was NOT the experience that I had hoped for. I had hoped for my suggested resolution to be an acceptable solution. I had suggested that they make a pizza without the bacon, and we trade pizzas. I did not at any point blame anyone for the mistake. I simply said there had been a mistake. I didn’t even tell that screaming woman that my Mozzarella sticks were burned, as well as my vegetarian pasta. I was actually afraid to tell her that. I ended up having an anxiety attack and having to be medicated after the way she screamed at me and triggered the memories of my abuser. I didn’t eat a bite of any of the food. I stayed in my room and cried because I didn’t know what I had done to be screamed at like that. And when the manager got on the phone, he tried to make put lime I was trying to get a free pizza, when I ASKED send a new pizza and that they take the pork pizza back. Never did I try to keep the bacon pizza. My experience was so terrible, that I will never spend another dime at Pizza Hut. My family and I have loved Pizza Hut over every pizza place. But now, I will never give Pizza Hut my money again. A panic attack over a misordered pizza is NEVER the customer experience that one wants or needs.
