I placed an order at pizza hut at 10:03 pm last night got a confirmation that my order was being delivered at 10:28 pm delivery never showed up two girls said they called my phone and a man answered the phone I told the. I didn’t get a phone call then they went with I didn’t have a number on file I asked them if that was the case how did they call my phone and a man answered their story kept changing then they said they were short staff and wasn’t delivering and the two girls were rude as could be I asked for the corporate number they told me to hang on and never came back to the phone I will most likely never order here again until the managers do something about their staff I have filed a report hopefully something gets done about this

Wrong pizza was delivered. Called and spoke to the manager, she said the driver had 2 deliveries then would get my correct pizza to me. Waited 2 hours. Called back and repeatedly got hung up on. Called corporate. Its a week later and still no pizza. Called and was put on hold. I hung up after 20 minutes. Will never order here again.

Service was prompt and in the time frame they said. But, it was wrong. The 2 menu items I ordered were correct, but I specifically asked for no marinara sauce for both dishes, and instead wanted 2 garlic sauces for each dish. Even had the order repeated back to me, and it was correct. Once I received the order and opened it, yep, double marinara sauce for each dish and NO garlic sauce whatsoever, and my P-Zone was doughy. I called them back and explained what happened and they were grateful enough to put me on hold for 5:30, guess they were too busy for me, which is fine. It’ll be the last business they get from me.

The pizza here is always good. No complaints. My only reasoning for not more than 3 stars is the super annoying fact that when you call in your order you firstly get a phone tree and secondly get someone who is obviously outsourced and they are not good communicators! I don’t know about you but I’d much rather talk to someone at the location I’m calling!

I’m willing to overlook a lot of stuff , but this one takes the cake . My family just ordered food during the worst ice storm in 20 years and the store decided they were going to make our pizza , but close early WITHOUT CALLING FIRST !!!! Then when I show up to get the order they tell me the pizza is made , but the register is shut down and they can’t take my payment . So not only do they throw our food away rather than sell it , or even giving it to us , they neglected the fact that the roads are horrible and half of the county is without power . I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A PIZZA RESTAURANT! We were roughly a once to twice a week customer too . Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs !
