I recently visited this restaurant, twice now and had a mixed experience only because of the inconsistency in taste. The decor is Thai-inspired theme, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Moving on to the food, I must admit that it was a bit hit or miss. Some dishes were delicious and packed with flavors a few other dishes fell short of expectations.

2023 – I was in the shopping center when I stumbled on Chow Thai. Decor was not fancy but definitely so cute. It’s so Thai. I ordered the Tom yum soup with shrimp and bean sprout with steamed tofu. They were so delicious. Being a NYorker, surrounded with lots of Thai Restaurants, I thought I had the best Tom Yum Soup already . Nope, Chow Thai is the best so far. It’s not too sour and there’s this taste ( maybe a different added seasoning) that I can’t describe that made stand out. We tried their lunch specials , chicken in garlic which imo was just okay though the tofu in ginger was excellent. Upon my return, I will just get the regular dinner size entrees which I think is better in terms of serving size.

We’ve been dining at Chow Thai for years and they never disappoint. This restaurant focuses on Thai food only, you won’t find sushi or Chinese food here, just the freshest Thai flavors in Boca. We shared the Thai Shrimp Pancake as an appetizer for the table. It’s a large portion of lightly fried batter with herbs and shrimp, delicious! For the main course I chose the Kra Pao Chicken with Fried Egg. It’s a perfect blend of heat and flavor with a lovely fried egg sitting atop the dish. My wife chose the Chicken Sweet and Spicy. This is a very common dish that you can find and most Thai restaurants, the difference is the Chow Thai blend of flavors in a bold sauce that is never watery or thin. The service is always friendly and efficient.

The service was great! Food was delish!!! The ambiance is cozy and intimate with the cutest decor. Great spot for a date night without noise and a crowd. I ordered the Hawaii fried rice and ordered the Thai wings (soooooo dame good!!) and garlic chicken to go home. Hubby had beef teriyaki. The green tea lemon drink was ah-mazing!! You can tell is what made from scratch. We will return.

so my mom brought me here to eat at Chow Thai, and the food is excellent!!! as a thai person it feels like i’m in a thai resturant eating my favorite thai dish. they make the most tastiest and delicious thai food i’ve ever had in the US so i would recommend!! we live a bit far away but coming here is really worth it

If you like Thai food, this place is as authentic as it’s going to get. They have the best Pad Kee Mao and Pad Thai around Parkland. Also their lunch specials are quite affordable.
