It’s sonic, no fine dining! Just another usual sonic drive in. You drive you car and wait in one if their spots. You can see the whole range of menu, and decide. Next you press the button and Talk to the person to give the order. Sit back and relax, a person will come with your order. And you pay to them. This is an old fashioned drive in service. However, I never like their food. I took a crispy chicken sandwich. It’s almost 6$! And that’s nothing but over priced!

Absolutely horrible. This is by far the worst sonic I have ever been too. The staff were extremely rude. We waited an hour for our order. The chicken was burnt. They got our order wrong and then argued with us about it. The shake they initially didn’t bring was completely melted when they finally brought it. Do not go here.

Don’t get me wrong: Osceola, Arkansas Sonic is my jam. But I wonder when that big hole in the drive around gonna be fixed. Seems like it’s been there for a decade. I know Sonic has the money for the repair (just on what I spend there in a month). Take pride in your eatery and make needed repairs! That hole has to go! P.S. Y’all do have the best carhops in Mississippi County! UPDATE: The hole is STILL there! So unnecessary and extra! Repair the hole people! Get it done!!

The food is good and the wait staff tries. They’ve always been friendly. Only a few places in town to get fast food so I’m glad they are here. However, they just can’t seem to get the online ordering app down, yet. Prices are average for a Sonic. Someone in my household gets a route 44 on almost a daily basis — but only through the app at half-price! Update: very friendly and talkative new face. Much appreciated to start the day!

WORST SONIC IN THE USA. Everytime I order it takes 5-10minutes to get an answer. A rude answer. Always. And the food is always cold. They never have more than 3 or 4 people working inside and they are all lazy texting and walking -2mph just yelling and laughing and not working. I’ve lived here 25 years and this sonic has been absolutely horrible the past few years beyond belief. Whole team needs to be fired including the GM. Worst SONIC I’ve ever been to.
