Took my grandkids last night to Chuck E Cheese in largo . Had the best experience because the Chucke on duty between 6-8 was amazing. So full of personality and patience with kids & adults. He was a big slice of cheese FUN and so nice! The way he communicated with his hands n nods, hugging kids, taking selfies and riding in the vehicle that draws pictures. I saw him do this with many of the children and to me HE lived up to the brand. A total super star! The place was clean and all of the staff from check-in, to the cashiers and cooks were the Bomb! A true testament to the great managerial staff present! Great job everyone and we will be back soon.

Thank you to the staff at Chuck E. Cheese Largo for giving our daughter a memorable 6th birthday party. The children enjoyed playing games, eating the delicious pizza and seeing Chuck E. We also loved that Chuck E danced with the children and allowed everyone to take pictures with him. Our event was on Sunday from 1:30-3:30pm so there wasn’t a crowd. Special thanks to our server ,Tynisha, and rest of the staff for going above and beyond for our event. We will definitely be back!

Before, it used to be a nice place to bring the children to enjoy this place, but now from the moment you go to the person who is at the entrance, he does not say hello, he only gives you the number and then leaves you waiting in front, he does not take you the order leaves you unattended and you have to ask them to leave as if you were not a customer to whom they have to give proper attention and respect, then it takes 30 minutes for them to give you your order and you sit in a dirty place, the truth is The customer is lousy with the young woman in charge. I do not recommend this place and now I see why it is very lonely, they do not serve customers professionally.

Went here for my godchild’s birthday. We were blessed to encounter such great service from the manager, our server Joann and Desmond that helped us look for my little cousins phone that she misplaced during the party. Prices have gone up a little but with the service we received at the birthday party it was well worth it.

The best experience yet, especially at this location. Desmond was simply amazing and to top it off the GM Keith stopped by to just chat with us checking to see how we were treated and to hear more about our experience. I told him they are changing the narrative at this location and it was greatly appreciated while we celebrated our 3 year old granddaughter. Thank you guys for a 5 star experience.
