Ordered a pick-up order through Doordash. Went to store at specified time to get order. Nothing was received on there end. The manager on duty was very helpful in getting the order figured out, getting it made and put together and getting me out the door and on with my evening. All staff working that evening were kind and helpful. Will definitely go again.

Dairy Queen is a fantastic place to go for a sweet treat. They have a wide variety of ice cream flavors, and their Blizzards are always a hit. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they’re happy to help you find the perfect treat. The store is always clean and well-maintained, so you can feel comfortable sitting down and enjoying your ice cream. They also have a great selection of food items, including burgers, chicken strips, and fries, so you can get a full meal if you’re hungry. I’ve been going to Dairy Queen for years, and I’ve never been disappointed. Overall, I highly recommend Dairy Queen to anyone who wants a delicious ice cream treat or a tasty meal.

I like West Bend Dairy Queen. It is better than Jumbo’s. Yes, I did just say that. It is true. Jumbo’s burgers are not as good as these. Jumbo’s Ice Cream is dwarfed by this soft serve. Jumbo’ management and service is not as good as this.

We dined in an hour after the restaurant opened and the floors were dirty with fallen food bits, the tables were ok. When our food came there was a long hair in my French fires and the cheese burger had obviously been microwaved. When we removed the soggy bun it was so hot steam was coming off it and you couldn’t touch it and the meat had hard edges. When I spoke to the manager about it he told me that microwaving was a standard procedure but he did go back and make a fresh one for me.

It’s a pretty nice DQ. Food was typical DQ food. Ordered chicken tenders and a couple of the orders had tiny pieces as if they ripped on in half and counted it as two. Otherwise a good experience.
