1st time for a VERY easy online order…it all worked! Picked up through drive thru and drove to the park. All was good till I found the guacamole NOT spread on sandwich and NO knife. Didn’t ruin my picnic; however, I was quite surprised. If this is the worst thing that happens to me…. I am truly blessed!!! See you again soon.

I have always LOVED Jimmy John’s BUT, last Saturday I got the most pitiful BLT sandwich and they forgot my drink. My kids picked up the order because I wasn’t able to walk with my hurt ankle and they didn’t realize the flat tiny sandwich and missing drink. . Only hoping this reviews gets the MOD to keep their staff following through with making and delivering a good product. I was so hungry and thirsty so it was really frustrating

Always a great experience sitting at Jimmy John’s! This one was very clean and the people here were very helpful, fast and attentive. Overall good vibe at this Jimmy Johns. Just went out to JJ’s. I haven’t been there before but remember trying one of the sandwiches about 2-3 years ago. I didn’t like it at all. I decided to give it a try today. It was really good. I went through the drive through and asked what the guy recommended. He was nice about that. And recommended 3 things on the menu. I enjoyed the number 9 today. The sandwich was ready basically by the time I reached the front window. Very fast. I hope to have a few other sandwiches from them and see if I have a favorite. Thanks for the kind service.:)

Do not order through the Jimmy Johns website. It will not inform the store of your modifications and that is a HUGE allergy risk. I modified my turkey sandwich to not have tomatoes, to add mustard packets, and no ice in my drink. None of my modifications were notified to the store, except the no ice because I had to put it next to my name. Normally I would just ask for a remake, but I literally have no time to wait for another. I am booked with patients from 1:30pm to 6pm so this was my only chance to eat before I get home to make dinner. I just wanted a refund but they refused because the modifations weren’t on my receipt, so I’m out $15 and I don’t get to eat lunch. I’m never returning.

This is a solid sandwich shop! I have used Jimmy Johns multiple times for catering the leadership events my work holds every year in Montrose. Their box lunches are priced amazingly, and everything always shows up on time and in order! Highly recommend.
