I give you a 20/10. I placed an online order to pick for my mother in law. I ordered the wrong kind( boneless instead of bone in) when I realized I called but unfortunately they had already finished cooking them. …dudes. they remade the order AND didn’t make me pay the upcharge. Which by the way made my super stressful and overwhelming day so much better. You were so kind to me and I am grateful. Thanks to everyone who worked today 8.5.2023 at 11am.

We were out doing errands and stopped in for a quick..good dinner…that’s exactly what we got…Nancy took good care of us and made sure our food was good….and it was excellent. She also kept the fresh breadsticks coming and even wrapped up my wife’s leftovers….which I’ll finish off later. Thanks Nancy for turning our quick meal into a great feast. We’ll be back soon.

On 4/21/23 around 5:30 p.m. 3 of us went into the restaurant (5943) for supper. The staff there was So Fabulous!! Had a special needs lady in a wheelchair and they were So Kind and helpful. Nancy brought out a breadstick for her to start with while we were waiting for our food! Rebecca was so very kind and helpful along with Jessica and Lisa! They ALL Made our dining in the Best Ever!! They All Need Raises !!!!!!!

Glad I checked my order. We like to go here because they have a gluten free pasta option. They were out of it, and it was not shown online or said to us when we picked up. They also have our information to contact us. They prepared the meal not gluten free, and then gave it to us when we paid extra for it. Pretty unacceptable!

This place has gone down hill so much, everyone seems like they’re miserable working there. Terrible service. And 30$ for two people is also super ridiculous. My husband asked for a box and the lady working, didn’t say anything, walked to the back, walked up front and literally placed the box on the complete opposite side of the counter, turned around and continued to talk to her co workers.

Bridget was working preparing the food and personally spoke to me about a speacialist request and had no problem with the request. She also was very prompt and our food came out quick and hot, she and her coworker had a friendly relationship and made for a nice experience.
