This is probably the only Dunkin around , and it’s packed . Takes a longgggggg time in drive through. Took us almost 20 mins to order and another 5-10 mins . Coffee was good . Bagels weren’t toasted much . Was a bit raw and very less cream cheese . Tomato pesto sour dough sandwich was the best !! Parking is ok .. it was a ok experience. Nothing special

Today was a day of emotional turmoil. The ordering process took a tad too long for my particular liking. Then, my group waited a copious amount of time for our food. The kitchen seemed to have a lot of issues with backups. Alas, we did end up getting our food AND a free dozen due to the wait.

I did a mobile order of 4 iced coffees. Only two turned out close to how they are supposed to taste. We waited for 30 minutes and then asked about the order. They had not even started making it. They were busy but they were highly unorganized. Dunkin is my favorite but this was a bad experience.

At 8:30 am on a Sunday, they were out of all juices, had a table with a big puddle of water standing on it and on the floor and tried to pass off steamed milk as a latte with no coffee beans. It was clear that instead of trying to do what was right with our order, the workers were just trying to hide their problems and lack of management. Very disappointing in that we drove five miles from the hotel to this location.

Excellent sour cream donut and french vanilla latte, hot. Husband enjoyed his turkey sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin. Kids enjoyed chocolate glazed donuts. Drive thru was busy, but didn’t take too long.

This dunkin sucks. Either they have lines wrapped around the street or they decide to close randomly yet mobile orders still go through and the refund process is ridiculous. Parking sucks and most of the employees working are pretty rude. Perhaps try the other one on the other side of town if you’re really craving it.

I have to compare everything to what I experienced in Florida. I had been to every Dunkin in a 30 mile radius in FL and this location topped ALL of them. Super friendly staff, drinks were so well made, very quick service. So happy this location is right next to my new home!

This is a pretty nice Dunkin Dounuts. The staff was pretty friendly but not as excited as others. The donuts weren’t that appealing but still pretty good, the bagel on the other hand was perfectly toasted and was really good. The interior of the store was nice although it could be cleaned more.

This place is awful. They are out of everything constantly (how is a Dunkin out of eggs and bacon at 11am), are supremely unhelpful, and have literally eaten my order in front of me and then told me they were out of the product. Takes five times as long as it should. I have literally never had a good experience here and I’ve never written a review for a food establishment in my life but STAY AWAY from this Dunkin.
