Delicious food in a convenient location at the Northridge Mall. Plenty of options for the burger fan, as well as fries, salads, and chicken. I loved the jalapeño fries and Caesar salad, and my son had the chicken tenders plate for kids. And a tasty milkshake for dessert. Very reasonable prices too!

Stopped by the BurgerIM at the Northridge Mall on a Saturday afternoon @ lunch time. First visit to a BIM. A little confused at first because I saw more selection on the banners outside than on the menu board. I ordered the Spanish burger and made it a combo meal. It took a little over 15 minutes for my order to be ready for pickup. I decided to eat outside. Definitely limited seating inside and outside of the restaurant. My first impression was good as the burger and fries were served on an aluminum tray simular to Chilli’s. I found the flavor of the Spanish burger to be good. Just enough heat from the peppers, not to be overwhelming and the burger patty was a little juicy. The fries looked store cut and were cooked properly. I wouldn’t say it was the best burger I have had, but it’s worth another visit in the future.

Is a nice big location, new burger joint in Salinas. Big tv screens for sporting events, they have great service. Cant talk about this place with out talking about their tender hamburgers and they’re delicious wings to add. Don’t forget to try their milkshakes

So TBH we only went here because the line at in and out was crazy ridiculous and we were hungry. It was a pretty great decision! What I really liked is that they have a “slider” option which allows you to choose more than 1 gourmet burger! I lived that because sometimes at these fancy gourmet burger places you commit to a signature burger that you don’t care for, but you have to either finish it anyway or toss it… Not here. Pick 2 or 3 you want to try! Very cool. They also seem to be doing a good job keeping the place clean- the lady came out to clean the tables twice while we were sitting and waiting for our order to be called.

Tried out the new Burger place at the mall. I always enjoy a good burger. I got the Dry-Aged Beef which is similar to a Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Flavor was good and a filling burger. The salmon is a great flavor profile in my opinion, but I’ve always loved the combination of teriyaki and pineapple. There’s lots of choices and literally a burger for everyone. From Turkey, beef, lamb, chicken, salmon and then even the impossible patty for non meat eaters. Pricing is fairly typical around $8/burger, $10 for the meal. Crispy chicken as well as grilled chicken were ordered with my party and they were happy with their meals. The fries are different but nothing to write home about. My next visit I’m going to try out their styled fries and other burgers. The staff was nice, patient and helpful and the food came out pretty quick. Will come again.

The price for meals is amazing you get really good food for a really good price! More importantly the service is fast and the serves are very friendly, 5 starts for Jasmin Ricardo R best service I’ve had in a while! Definitely recommend eating here !

This place has gone down hill. I used to love coming here but not anymore. I watched as every single order before mine was delivered and every single order was wrong or missing an item. There was a burning smell. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. They are severely understaffed here. There was no one manning the registers for a good 10 minutes.
