The lady who took my order was very kind and helpful and I had no problem whatsoever with her. The problem is that, for one, I had ordered a couple of extra packets of the honey roasted barbecue sauce. Did I get any at all? Nope! And when I opened my box containing my grilled chicken sandwich it wasn’t difficult to see a dead bug sitting on top of it. I double checked to make sure that’s what it was. Sure enough, it was. There went my lunch! ️

Wow ! I jumped out of bed and drove 1.5 miles to this CFA , it’s new and close to my neighborhood. I was not disappointed the original chicken sandwich was delicious, the fries were crispy and the sweet tea was oh so sweet!

Had to repeat a single order several times because I said spicy sandwich,fries, zesty buffalo sauce,and Dr. Pepper and then she asked what sandwich? With fries? And what to drink? And then still repeated it wrong. Then we pay after a second person repeated the order. Then I get the order and upon getting home find out I have no sauce. Second time at Chick-fil-A in my life and I can say it’s not a place I’ll eat at again. Too frustrating overall for a basic sandwich and fries.

AVOID DRIVE THRU- Associate got mad at me for making a suggestion of letting the first car pull up infront… further, so that other cars can exit drive thru. I received my order and had to wait for another car to receive their large delayed order. Asked for Manager or Team Lead and no one came. All i was told is “Sorry, there’s nothing i can do”. Spent about 15 min waiting with my order.
