Easily the worst pizza joint anywhere around. Manager was super rude and pushed my wife off the phone because she requested to have the pizza brought out the door so she didn’t have to bring all three of our kids inside, which are all under 5, to pick up the pizza. The manager said “we don’t have time to do that” lol. Literally walking the pizza 20 more feet past the counter was evidently too much time away from making bad pizza for the other customers calling in. The manager then said she doesn’t have time for that phone call anymore as she was too busy inside even though my wife was trying to still order.

I ordered just a large pepperoni last night and when I got it home I was quite underwhelmed. It looked like they skimped on the cheese. At least 2 pieces were completely devoid of it. Was also really surprised to see every employee that was making pizza was either completely unmasked or had it down under their chin (our county currently is requiring masks indoors). I generally don’t care if someone wears a mask or not but doing food prep??? Come on Papa John’s. Way too many other options near me to consider going back to this store.

Order pizzas for delivery this time door dasher stole my order and last time 2 out of 3 pizzas got delivered. The guy was very rude both times. This time I couldn’t get my order cause I was in a wreck yesterday and I’m out $53. I’ll never order from papa johns again.

Funny how the only responses to the reviews are due to not wearing masks. Guess the company doesn’t have time to respond over the poor quality of the food. I ordered a pizza. It is so burnt that I don’t even understand how it was sent out. This location is GARBAGE.

No utensils,plates or plates were delivered. I drove back to the store in order to pick them up and I was rudely told they did not have any. Communication is key, why was this not told when we placed the order for 75 people? If your store is using an outside source for large orders and it means you can’t communicate good customer service, I would suggest you stop using it. We should have been told you didn’t have plates, etc so we could have made other arrangements.
