Drive through service took a while, Fries were cold and Spicy Chicken Sandwich had one small section of sauce on the bun. It was the only enjoyable bite. It doesn’t take effort to distribute the sauce on the sandwich, do better.

Stop for blizzards with my daughter. Not a fan. The cookie dough in my daughters blizzard tasted dry and crumbly. My blizzard had zero flavor. We are going to skip DQ in the future and go to Culver’s for their far superior concrete mixers.

Food was good. But the service was horrible. Takes forever to take my order, even when the cashier was just standing there. Once end up taking my order, doesn’t repeat it back, and ends up messing up on my order. I payed and then saw that it was wrong, and asked if they can change it. Looks at me and says “no they can’t” even though they didn’t even make my food yet. Ended up having to order a second order. I ended up getting skipped and 2 other groups that came in after, already got their food before me. Worst possible customer service.

Got there 30 minutes before closing, with the drive-thru was 10 cars deep and was leary about the wait time. But it went SO FAST!!! Plus, the person working the drive thru was so nice! Nicely done DQ!!

Short staffed. The person handling Ice Cream treats took over 10 minutes to figure out how to make a banana split. Ended up with two Whole bananas and a lot of whip cream. Had to look to find any ice cream. In addition a grease fire was started in the kitchen while we were there and smoked out the restaurant forcing many outside to eat on a hot muggy day.

Went through the drive thru and ordered my son a kids meal. After I got home I looked in the bag and seen 2 chicken strips. THAT’S IT! No fries, no chocolate milk and no ice cream. How did you forget the whole meal?? I shouldn’t have to check to make sure that the meal is in bag when I’m paying for it. This was ridiculous.

There are not enough workers here. The workers weren’t friendly either. Blizzard was only filled 3/4 of the way, and it was runny. They must no longer do the upside down test on the blizzards. If she would’ve done it tho it def would’ve failed and been all over the counter.
