We never been here. Just found driving around looking for lunch. Very good service and food was served hot and fresh. The spicy fingers are SPICY!!! . Chicken wings were awesome!!!

Worst steak meal ever! Ordered from Door Dash online which was fairly simple and didn’t take too long but….the steak dinner according to the menu is supposed to come with a salad! No salads! The steaks were dried completely out. We ordered sauteed mushrooms and grilled onions which should come with a steak anyway but we were charged $1 x 2. It came with no grilled onions and maybe 5 mushrooms very dry. The baked potatoes were very small and almost cooked until not much potato left. My daughter’s chicken fingers were very over cooked. I called the restaurant and told them about not getting our salads and was told they don’t come with salads by a person who spoke very little English and could not understand her at all. Not worth the $57+ dollars this dinner costed!!

Liked everything even the tea! Service was good, and our food timing was great. Had cheese sticks, and broccoli bites for appetizers. Then AWESOME salad’s before our NY strip and sirloin, with very good baked potatoes. They were cooked to order and full of flavor. We try somewhere different every time we come to BG and there will definitely be a second visit here. We were impressed

Steak wasn’t cooked evenly, was bland, and most likely was frozen before. Waitress was fine until fellow customer had something in her food that she requested not to be there. Would understand if it were busy but it was completely empty.

Terrible terrible experience!!! 2 days ago went to eat there and I ordered a steak which was $13.50!! 75% of the steak was all fat!! My mothered steak was hard enough to the point where she couldn’t even chew it! The lady didn’t serve us like she did the rest of her customers. We were the only black family in there at the time and she treated us so differently than the others. I will NEVER EVER ear there again!!! Poor poor service! And nasty a** steak!!

I think the Albany Steakhouse is misnamed, it feels more like a diner. Low mood lighting, Mom and pop service, food was great, but not fancy. I ordered water with lemon, they don’t have lemon. I wasn’t made aware of my server’s name, but I get the idea they work there day in and day out. Go for the food, the prices are low, don’t go for the atmosphere, if you walked in to this restaurant and there was nobody there, you’d think it was abandoned.

Me & my stepdad was the only customers in there & the two women working there had their phone on loud the whole time watching something in their language, so rude, & tha woman serving us had a horrible attitude & looked high. Everything looked sticky & i ordered sum chicken which took 45 mins to bring & tha menus said it come with salad & 1 side but she rudely told us that the salad doesn’t come with the meal anymore. The only thing that was descent was the chicken.

Salad and ranch dressing is amazing. But prefer to get it to go cause either stinks so bad in there not sure if it’s dirty water they mopping floor in or what it is. I haven’t been back but wish someone would make them clean the place up love some of their food.

Came in during slower time, service was pretty standard. Prime rib was thin and a bit dry but still tasty, fries are made in-house and taste amazing!
