Got the beef noodle, 1/2 roasted duck, and beef over rice. My favorite was the noodle being 5/5 (had so much meat), the beef over rice 4/5, and I would give the duck 1/5… it was so salty and came out cold. Prices are fair for portion.

I was surprised to find food like this in a mall! The ladies behind the counter were so kind and helpful and cooked the dishes right when I ordered! It was fresh and homemade. I liked the mixed vegetable and mushrooms and my coworker enjoyed her Taiwanese chicken and bubble tea! Large portions and low prices. Try this place for amazing Taiwanese Chinese food!

BEST ORANGE CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HAD. My partner works in the mall so we go here often when I meet them for lunch. I don’t drink boba but my partner does and I am told it is good. Try everything. Try the soup. The broth alone. Omg. Dont sleep on it just cause its in a mall.

We got takeout from Judy’s last night and I’m ashamed I haven’t been to this mall food court gem more often. The orange chicken is the best, hands down, no close second, I have ever had. I haven’t had every orange chicken in town, but I can’t imagine I need to. Even the slightly burnt orange slices were divine. Everything we ordered was delicious. Judy’s is on our takeout go to list from now on!

Judy’s Kitchen is located at the food court of the shopping mall. But don’t think it is an ordinary food court place. It has the most authentic Taiwanese food, everything on menu is authentic (too many to list them all). My kids like popcorn chicken and milk tea with optional boba (each ordered 2 cups, one with the meal, one to go).

roasted duck with rice tastes really good. While sometimes you can tell that duck was reheated, which gives some deduction. If order any item, recommend choose side as rice over noodle.
