Excellent food. I’m not an expert in Ethiopian cuisine, but I really enjoyed everything… both lamb and vegetarian options. Food was savory and flavorful. All of the different items were distinctive in flavor. That Injera was really nice. Soft and delicious. Easy to eat with. When visiting the area I would return!

We had a wonderful meal here. We ordered the combination meat AND combination vegetable and it was enough for 5 people. We also had the coffee at the end of the meal which was a presentation of roasting the beans. Ample parking exclusive to the restaurant adjacent. And it’s a real Ethiopian community hang out. Will definitely come back.

Delicious food served in a warm neighborhood atmosphere. Slow Ethiopian, or maybe Eritrean, music playing. Clearly popular among the Ethiopians.

Amazing! Great food and generous portions. Great flavor and if you like spicy, it’s SPICY! I asked for it and got it. Loud and dark if that’s your jam.

Asked random ethiopians walking around in Silver Spring where the best food is at, and they all mentioned here. Turned out to be a really good spot to get my Doro Wot fix. Ambience and staff are on point. Owner really cares. If I were to be picky, the only caveat is that they don’t have ethiopian beer, which is fine since their draft selection is very adequate.
