Food is good but most of the staff that works there seems like they always have attitudes as if they are doing you a favor by spending your money there. I have never been to a bar where they instruct guest where to sit. This can be a better business if customer service was better.

Myself along with 2 other friends, visited the Plush on this past Thursday and I must say the first visit was awesome. Tonya, the owner, was very personable. She made us feel quite welcomed and our waitress was definitely customer service oriented. The food and drinks were to die for. Best lemon pepper wings I’ve ever had. Layed back atmosphere and good vibes. Definitely a very good first impression! We will be back.

My first experience was GREAT but today which my second time I went to celebrate a friend’s birthday on a Sunday during brunch. Please look at your steak I ordered a ribeye steak and eggs. Was given a NY strip but was still charged for a ribeye. I do not recommend.

We came for my friends birthday brunch the whole entire experience was great ….. actually above great it was phenomenal……… I had the chicken and potatoes and my sister ordered the fish and grits both were absolutely exquisite. Everything was seasoned perfectly I definitely recommend checking this establishment out!

Love the establishment. The vibe is good as well as the drinks, food and hookah. Service is on point too! The only slight issue I had is with the “security guard” she didn’t dress as such she had on a Carolina hoodie which puts her in danger or uncomfortable situations because in the public eyes, she’s a customer as well. She also did not conduct herself as such. Upon entering the lounge, she snatching the door and saying I have to pee but I have to search you. I suggest that she at least dress for the position that she’s fulfilling so she’s not disrespected nor mistaken as a customer.
