Got bad chicken wings, tasted spoiled. Wings were old like they had been cooked for a while. Called to alert manager, no answer. They had had several other complaints that day! Phone ringing off the hook while I was there they did not answer. Called next day manager seems unconcerned. Did not offer an apology to say the least! Was not able to get any resolve. Stated I would call corporate. She said call and I did! Still no apology for chicken that could have made me sick!

I’ve been at wingstops in several States. This is the worst Wingstop I’ve ever seen. Not only the service is terrible but they take good food and ruin it never got my order right once leave certain items out. The employees are rude disrespectful and low class. Most horrible experience ever. My food was given to someone else they called the GM he/she stated I had to come prove I didn’t get the food. Which my Husband was there to pick it up. Drove from South Bossier to prove we didn’t have the food. Didn’t get any type of credit refund or anything, wasn’t even offered a drink. The white girl Haley who attitude was very horrible told my husband he need to sit down after waiting almost 2 hours for food. The GM didn’t even care whoever they are. Definitely calling corporate to get something done. But I will never go back to Wingstop ever again.

I ordered Saturday night. I order ALL flats in 3 flavors. They gave me all flats for one flavor and majority drumsticks for the others. Then when I went to eat them. There was a FEATHER still on the wing! Absolutely disgusting. And I know it was a feather I have killed, plucked, snd cooked chickens before. I will NEVER eat here again.
