We went to the Waffle House while visiting Georgia, and I must say the food was awesome! The service was great. We we’re greeted the moment we walked in with a few tables available to sit. Once we sat down, our waitress was ready to offer us some drinks. She also came by periodically to check if we needed anything else.

Came to this location last night and it was my worse experience of any Waffle House I’ve ever visited. Super slow and waitress didn’t have a clue what she was doing. We arrived at 11:37am. My daughter got her order taken only minutes later, but mine wasn’t taken until 11:52pm; which was almost 20 minutes later… although I was standing right there. At 12:15am I see the cook place five boxes on the counter. I knew it couldn’t have been mine because although I ordered five meals, the food he placed on the trays wasn’t mine. At 12:30 am my daughter(who had gotten her food 10 minutes prior) asked were the five boxed our. The waitress said yes. The ENTIRE order was wrong, so we had to wait even longer. While waiting on the new order I decided to go ahead and pay for my food. Was told $67 which I thought was high. Once I finally got my food at 12:45 am, the waitress gave me my total again (not realizing that I already paid) which was $54. When I asked her why the price change and if I’d overpaid, her response was “I don’t know.” She didn’t have a clue what she was doing. By that time I was annoyed after being in the restaurant for more than an hour, which for a to-go order in the Waffle House is absurd. Then I got home to see that my hash browns were burnt. Smh

Walked into this waffle house and there was no greeting. Tables were dirty and no one cleaned off the tables. Waited for several minutes to see if anyone would ask any questions or receive a greating. One person asked the people sitting down if they were dining in or taking out, but asked my party no questions. Low staff does not equate to poor customer. Waited a few more minutes, looked around and left. I’ve been a server and cleaning off a table doesn’t take long. Sometimes people don’t mind the wait when customer service is good. If I had not been to this location before when service was good and had low staff then, I would tell people never to go to this location. Maybe it was one off night. But horrible impression. I’ll go to another location.

This waffle house at the corner is always my favorite. Since it’s open 24 hours, I never have worry about food if I’m out and about late at night. Try the eggs, cheese, and sausage! One of my favorite meals to make me feel at home. The staff is friendly too!

This might have been the best Waffle House experience I’ve had in years. Our waitress was wonderful, I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. She brewed me fresh coffee because she wasn’t sure how long the already brewed coffee had been sitting. Our food was cooked perfectly. The cooks did a great job. Best service and food I’ve received at a Waffle House in quite sometime.

Not only have they not have seating for months because of “low staffing” they charge you extra to have it as a to go order. And they when I get to my job to eat it I find how stingy they are with the peanut butter. Go to any other waffle house except this one because this one aint it.
