People at my office and I have ordered twice from this store and each time they forget something. I’m not sure how it can be missed since it’s all itemized on the sales receipt. Just like all businesses, the prices have gone up, but paying $7.69 for chips and queso and not getting the chips is a problem. Please train your employees to read so they can fulfil the customer’s orders correctly.

Had a great meal at Cafe Rio tonight. The manager Greg took time to help me decide on the chicken quesadillas which were delicious! We were greeted pleasantly by Rocio, Alyssa, Belinda, and Veronica, who all had smiles. All the ingredients were fresh. Definitely going back to try more!

I ordered takeout through the Cafe Rio app and I got probably the worst burrito I’ve had. The rice was cold and clumpy. The sweet pork wasn’t good and there was very few sweet pork in there. I felt like I only got a bean and rice burrito with the huge cost. I will never be coming back here again unfortunately.

My family and I decided to have dinner here as we were on a tight time line and needed a quick meal. After standing in line for more than 45 min not moving at all and watching all the online orders be made in front of us as they took priority we finally gave up and took our money elsewhere. We felt that our time was less valued for spending our extra time driving and deciding to dine in. If you decide to eat here just plan to waste extra time for ordering in person.

I have never been to Cafe Rio before, but we went there on a recommendation. The burritos were delicious and made very quickly . Definitely recommend.

I have tried this place twice and unfortunately both times have been terrible. The meat is cold, didn’t get any limes when I ask for extra, the lettuce taste bad and the guacamole looks old. I thought I’d give them a second chance to redeem themselves after my first bad experience but it was still bad the second. I just expect more when paying $22 for a meal for just myself. Sadly I won’t return here.

This is the worst cafe rio we have been to by a long shot. In fact it is the only one I’ve actually had a bad experience at. This was the first and last time have eaten here. The guacamole and salsa both tasted bad with no flavor, the salsa even looked bad/different. All three of us were very disappointed in our food. As you can see by the photos the place is absolutely filthy. they must just run and mop around and miss all the edges and never do a thorough cleaning.

Was interested to see what this new location would be like and I pleasantly surprised. This is still a much better alternative than Chipotle and there seem to be more options. It’s still a form of “fast food” but it doesn’t taste like it. The new habanero sauce is just the right amount of spicy and very tasty – they will let you try it before you decide, which I thought was pretty cool. The staff was great except for a couple members that seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Overall, I would definitely recommend as a great lunch spot.
