Well let me start out saying i have not tried a soup like this i have bery impressed beacuse it was one of the best I have had. So in my opinion dont let the cook go. In the other hand the service from the waitress is POOR we where there a bit late and i know that its not what a waitress likes. I was a server my self and now have my own Bussiness but is all probably beacause I like to make sure people enjoy there food. List of bad things, number 1 no smile from two out of three waitress, number two no cordination all came to the table nothing was getting done, number three drinks took a looooong time , number 4 food took time aswell, number 5 when we ask for a container to go no bag was offered, number 6 when we ask for the bag they looked at us like it was a dumb question, and saving the best for last all of themWAITRESS wanted us out we where still eating and the girl swept my feet and the other was cleaning the take before we got up… (OWNER u have a good place good food but you have traning to do or just hire more experience people. Thanks ill give it a second try or just pick up.

Waitresses are very rude. Called to place an order . I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Call back The waitress picked up the phone without answering and hung up. I attempted to call again and disconnected the line . When I went in person, I saw the personnel answer the phone . Any complaints Don Mario is the owner I was told . Oh and because they didn’t answer to take my order went I came in they told me it would take 20-35 minutes.

Well I went with my mom and daughter and they took long to take our order we almost leave then they too long to give us the food we order only pupusas since we were there for the first time to try it out after that they give us disposable folks went everyone else’s had the normal folks that you use at home stain and steel they only give us two we had to ask one more for my daughter bad costumer srevice we feel discriminate we ask the lady why she give us disposable utensils and she said because we don’t have clean ones whatever we notice we were the only ones we had disponible…
