Worst experience I have ever had. My food was cold so I asked for hot food. It took 16 mins for two sides of broccoli that came out as a 1/2 of one side. The manager looked at me and said have a great night and walked off. I just wanted my food but clearly he has an issue because this is not the first time. It’s time someone looks at the big picture, five table the whole two hours I was there. The business is lost for a reason. I won’t spend $140.00 there ever again.

Totally misleading advertising online. I came in for one of the National Cheeseburger Day combos and was told it wasn’t offered here even though I had the app open and active with the location displayed at the top of the page. Either way I had my heart set on a Quesadilla Burger so that’s what I ordered at full price. The flavor was a slight explosion of just the right spicy and cool in the sauce and the fries were hot and not overly greasy. Not as worth the 50 minute drive as I thought it would be.

We ordered take out. The food was ready when I got there. We got it home and I was missing my extra side order of blackened shrimp. I also got blackened salmon. The salmon was very dry. Both the shrimp and salmon were extremely bland. Almost zero flavor. My husband said his food was “fine”. Sadly Applebees is not what it used to be

The ONLY thing good about our dinner here tonight was the cheese sticks and the waiter was polite, attentive and helpful. The 2 or 3 managers stood outside smoking and talking almost our whole visit. Our table was dirty and sticky with visible food stuck to it. I ordered a mixed drink which took 30min to even get cause she was outside smoking too. We ordered chips and spinach dip- took 20min to get, the plate was dirty with old melted cheese, chips were stale and very hard and there was barely any spinach dip (see pics). Asked the waiter if we could get cheese sticks instead, he had to check with a manager and since they were all outside he had to go out to check with them. He came back and said they would allow the exchange and he already got the order in. When he brought that plate, it was dirty as well. Finally our food came….. the plates were nice and hot….. the food……. the food was luke warm the broccoli was near raw. My fries tasted reheated from earlier. My husband’s chicken was so salty he left half of it on his plate. My mixed drink finally came and wasn’t what I ordered and I’m pretty sure it didn’t even have any alcohol in it. The people we were seated next to had several issues as well. Anyways, needless to say, we’ll NEVER go back to this restaurant.

I got the chicken tacos for an appetizer and it plainly says slaw and cilantro with it…… Well I did not get no cilantro at all and it was very little chicken on each 1… When I ask for some cilantro she went back to the back come back and told me they said it was mixed in with that’s slaw.. no it was not. and my friend ordered a steak with mushrooms… Which he had to send back it was full of Fat and grissels….. Also very poor service..

My family and I go in a little past 11am. No one was there to greet us for a least 5 mins. The bad part was the women’s bathroom… it is covered in feces, toilets and walls have fecal matter on them, the floor had toilet paper everywhere. It was absolutely 100% disgusting. I could tell not one staff member even bothered to clean one thing from the day before… I refused to let my daughter use their facilities. If their bathrooms looks like that, I’m afraid what the kitchen shape is in…We left immediately. We aren’t coming back

I love Applebees but this trip I wish I hadn’t even gone. They were not busy at all, a lot of employees standing around and waited forever for drinks. When they delivered our appetizer it was on a dirty plate! Pictures below, the food was ok but not like Applebees anywhere else. Paid way too much for the food that wasn’t the best. I would say pass this place up and go somewhere else. My SECOND waitress was helpful and friendly but the rest of the employees just standing around goofing off. Wasn’t the best experience and don’t think I’ll be giving this place another chance.
