Came to Panchos today for a breakfast burrito to-go. I ordered the chorizo burrito. The potatoes were way undercooked and there was eggshells in my burrito. I instantly became sick and lost me appetite after that. I instantly felt very nauseous. I’ll probably never order here again. So gross & disappointing!!!

This location sucks. Walked in said hello &stood aside while my mom ordered. She recieved her cocktail (she was starving) &about 10min later she asked if mine was on its way…they never put in the order correctly and my mom said 2 cocktails twice but had only been charged for 1. They brought mine out& we had to fix our cocktails due to having no flavor(shrimp boiled water flavor). The shrimp was tender like it was undercooked or old. I asked my mom after about 3-4 shrimps & she agreed there was something off. I got up to explain that the cocktail didn’t taste right &I took the hint when they accused me of being hungover & they were trying to convince my mom that i was a liar. I did not pay for my cocktail that I did not eat and didn’t let my mom pay either cos they were trying to get us to pay for rotten sea water and bad service I gave the cashier the same attitude they provided me with… great customer service Retrain your peoples!

HOLY FRIJOLES!!!!! Okay, I owned an award winning Mexican restaurant for 7 years. This place TIED a close 2ND PLACE to the best tacos I EVER HAD!!!! Paid $7 for a bean cheese burrito, It was average size compared to most Mexican food places. The tortilla was still cool, the beans warm, with cheese not fully melted. The worst part was the many pieces of charcoaled meat in it. Glad I didn’t tip, and the servicer seemed to treat me like I didn’t matter after that. Won’t be my lunch spot so many better Mexican shops in SD.
