After a hot day of flying drone with grand daughter we desided to stop at Dairy Queen for ice cream. I had a blizzard strawberry with chocolate pieces. She wanted ice cream in a cup. Stayed inside to enjoy the treats as it was 110 f outside and ice cream doesn’t do well when it’s that hot. The service was fast friendly and yes young people working that were busy cooking, making treats and cleaning tables. Been there before and there food was very good. Burgers were good fries also good. Sure glad granddaughter suggest DQ. Will be coming back,

I have never witnessed a younger group of kids provide better customer service then we witnessed in years. They were absolutely swamped and everyone was crazy busy, yet they were handling the stress better then many adults. Their service was spectacular. I was insanely impressed. Great job!!

My whole family loves the DQ franchise, they almost always have friendly staff (this is for the Pullman one by the way) and is great with large groups. I can definitely remember a couple times when the food wasn’t the best made, or the drive thru super slow, or the place not that clean and plenty of other times like that. But that is all expected from the amount of times they I have gone with my family and friends. It’s a great place well within walking distance of many other stores, and super great with after events and celebrating. I seriously do not recommend their birthday cake blizzard, it’s just super sweet vanilla. But I do recommend the mint Oreo blizzard which is what I have gotten for as long as I can remember. Service is sometimes awful and so is the friendliness of the staff. It lacks training with many ways but overall a really good family place.

Would give 5 stars but this is absolutely the SLOWEST DQ I’ve ever been to. 38 minute wait from the time I got in the drive thru to the time they handed me our food. Their was only 2 vehicles in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous it takes that long when the 2 vehicles in front only ordered shakes. When we finally got to the window it took an additional 10 minutes to get our food, 2 hamburgers and 2 shakes.

Gone there every weekend this past year, the turnover rate is so frequent not all cashiers know what to do. When you do get a trained employee they are kind. Food is just what you look for in fast food with the caviot the order is done wrong about one in five times.

I decided to take my daughter and her boyfriend out for ice cream. we knew the food was bad, so we were just there for ice cream. Anyway, we were greeted by the worst smell when we entered the facility. The smell of rotting mop water they must have smeared it around one too many times. The place was filthy. You can see into the kitchen from the front counter it was disgusting the ice cream machine was so dirty it turned my stomach I didn’t notice that until I had already paid. Tried to find a clean table, but that was impossible. Wiped one down with napkins and hand sanitizer. No leadership is displayed here. Needs new management and trained employees. Sanitation is important not only for health reasons but for customers to feel comfortable and relaxed. I won’t be going back until things change. Time to step it up, Dairy Queen! Really, the health department needs to be called . It was that bad. That is if it would make a difference

It’s literally just a bunch of teens goofing off, sick, floors are dirty, theyve forgotten if theyve given us items several times already. Food would recommend, the service poor. We were there for fourty minutes and we could see three kids standing around laughing instead of giving the person in front of us their food.
