Hands down the best pizza out there! Delizias & Lennys is decent in the area as well. But Gabbys is undeniably consistently perfect & makes a better pie than anyone else out there. Never had a slice that beat Gabbys in the city, Gabbys simply is the best around.

They seriously need to update their prices online and on the paper menu! I called earlier today and placed an order for delivery based on the prices listed online. Then when my order finally got delivered to me almost an hour later when I literally live right around the corner, the delivery guy who wasn’t nice AT ALL gives me my stuff and I gave him a small tip. I told him I’m sorry but that’s all the money I have. He just mumbled and walked away. No have a good day or anything! When I saw the amount on the reciept I was blown completely away! I called them right away and told them I was over charged. They looked my order up and repeated everything back to me with the prices and they were completely different then what I saw online. The girl on the phone said that the prices did go up. I told her that their website has to be updated as well as their paper menu because it’s very deceiving to the customers. She said with a bit of an attitude that everything in this world is going up in price. I definitely will NOT be ordering from there again until the prices have been updated online AND on the menu and some of their employees get rid of there attitudes!

Chicken Marsala thick crust pizza. First had it at Gabby’s seems like 15 years ago. It was great. Haven’t seen it offered anywhere else. Stopped in for a slice once in a great while, like every 2 years, and ordered it if they had it pre-made. Never disappointed. So last night, the power goes out just before dinner, decided to order 2 pizzas, a white broccoli pie and the Chicken Marsala. Both were great, but I gotta say they have evolved the Chicken Marsala pizza to a higher-level art form. If you live in the area, and the idea of a chicken marsala pizza sounds good, you HAVE to try this.

Gabby’s Pizza is tucked into a busy strip mall that is adjacent to one of Flemington’s many circles. The parking situation can be a bit dicey at peak hours. There aren’t very many spots.

Coming from someone who made pizza for 6 years, this place is awesome. Their pizza is cooked perfectly with great dough, just the right amount of cheese, and they don’t skimp on the toppings either. I’ve also had sandwiches and appetizers there which were great as well. Delivery times are on average with other places in the area and the pricing is fair too.

If you love pizza from Nothern Jersey and NYC you’ll love Gabby’s. They also have stuff, deep dish and specialty pies. It’s the best pizza in Flemington. The sandwiches are excellent and soups are homemade. Dinners are very good and they DO honor food restrictions and allergies. There is outside seating too. Enjoy
