I had an amazing experience at Waffle House! Their All-star breakfast was a true delight, offering a variety of flavors in one satisfying meal. The breakfast hash brown bowls were a unique and delicious twist that left me craving for more. Wanted a quick breakfast. Food was tasty, wait staff was friendly. The inside was a little older and didn’t seem super clean but overall it was a good experience. Seemed like an older resturant but overall well kept.

We went to the location on County Line Rd in Ridgeland Ms on a busy Sunday morning July 30, 2023 about 10am. The only seats available were the low bar seats in the corner. We were told that we couldn’t sit there because it was the employees section. And they allowed business to walk out of their door with open seats in the dining area, during a busy time of morning.

I’m from Wisconsin and I’m in love with Waffle House. Service is amazing! Everyone is so friendly. Food came quickly and isn’t expensive. I suggest waffles with peanut butter and chocolate chips. Biscuits and gravy is awesome too.

Wed March 1, around 8:15 I walked in to place my order. I was a first time customer at this location and my last. No one greeted me as I walked in but as I waited for my food …. the all female workers did greet the men that came in I noticed… . The woman that took my order was stone faced , hard, serious, direct… border line rude because she had no customer service/ rapport skills. Idk, probably part of her bad rapport came from a sign that I noticed on the door which said be kind to our employees they showed up for work today. I totally agree to that statement. I am a 61 yr old very kind nice lady and always treat ppl as I want to be treated. … so I get it but on ther other hand I/we customers showed up to spread their money at your expensive restaurant not to not be treated with the same kind respect from your employees.
