Wow! Place has definitely changed since they fired all the people who used to work there. It’s fresh, hot, and delicious. Last time we went, it was the complete opposite, with workers fighting and jumping over counters. I’m so glad this place straightened up their staff issues. I would go here about Buffalo wild wings any day.

This was supposed to be a 10 pc boneless combo with loaded fries & a drink.. The pcs were bite size & the fry order was only 1/2 in comparison to the 2nd one in my order. If I didn’t live 2 towns away & had taken it to go I would never have paid almost $16.00 for this! I think by anyone’s standards this is absurd & they owe me a free meal!

It always smells delicious when I walk in to pick up my orders. I enjoy several of their flavor options. I have to admit though that I always stick with traditional wings. Their boneless wings (nuggets) are too heavily breaded. Another positive though, is that the crew is always hard at work, and does a great job with punctuality and customer service.

The workers at this location are the most appalling, horrible, mean, lazy staff I’ve ever experienced in my life. And we gave them 3 chances! They are racist and insulting and intentionally teased my son for an hour continuing to call his name but just make him stand there waiting for his food and then laugh and tell him it’s not really done yet. The kids were starving while they watched them serve everyone who came in after us, finish eating, and leave, and the staff would look at us and laugh!! They even teased my son to his face and pretended to cry because of how upset we looked!!!! We were the only white family in there and they kept making fun of us and refusing to make our food! We drove 30 minutes because this place USED to be our favorite when we lived in Peoria, now it is complete trash, they were HORRID people, there is nowhere to throw anything away, the floor was dirty, they completely didn’t season my fries at all and that was always my favorite part, the fries. Just the WORST restaurant I’ve ever been to.

I called twice they kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes both times . So I thought something wrong first time and called again same issue. When I went in I am still on hold , before I went in I observed no one was at front ordering. So I asked do you typically keep on hold for good. The front guy said he was with customer which is a lie as I was there 3 minutes before I went in. Food is good but very bad customer service.

First time trying Wingstop. They were super busy, but the girl working the register was soooo patient with me and made sure I got what I wanted. Everyone in there was working incredibly hard, but wanted to give her a special shout out (give her a raise!!). Food was amazing as well!!!
